Karin Huttary wins Ski Cross silver at World Ski Championships in Inawashiro – Japan! (3/4/2009)

”Silver medal is really cool. It was top racing today. My skis were so fast! I’m happy!” says Karin.

After being set back by injuries several times in the past seasons, Karin has recovered and was now rewarded by the silver medal. She has amassed four podiums in this year’s World Cup and is currently ranked 2nd in the overall standings.

Karin Huttary was the first ever FIS world champion in ski cross in 2005 at Ruka (FIN). Karin also has two gold medals at the 2006 and 2004 X-Games under her belt.

“Karin is astonishing! We are so proud to have her on the team!” //POC
