POC & Nyhlen Downhill Prize! The best skiclub at the "Guldhjälmen competition" in Duved, Sweden will recieve 20000SEK (2/25/2008)

Guldhjälmen is Scandinavia's largest downhill competition for kids. The competition has been held in Duved, Sweden, since 1968.

Score system
The scoring system demands each ski club to have competitors in all age groups. The lowest total time for the two best participants in each age group from each club/competition counts. Guldhjälmen consists of two competitions. Each club can count the results from the best participants in each competition. The aim is to get as low total time as possible.

"We like speed and are aware that it develops balance, timing, responsibility and awareness. With this prize we want to help and stimulate ski clubs that are interested in downhill to develop there downhill training. This is why we founded POC & Nylén Downhill Prize".
